Very angry customer

Debonairs pizza Alex mall they give the WORST service ever. I ordered pizza waited for delivery for more than a hour and im only 10 min away from them, when I called MILDRED DUBE told me that she doesn't know what's going on the driver is new, he doesn't know this place and he doesn't have a phone (is that my problem?) Spoke to the manager (ANDILE NDLOVU) she said the same thing. Mind you I already paid and also paid for delivery. I drove there only to arrive with the driver, no Apologies nothing THE DRIVER (TAWONGA) DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH OR ANY LANGUAGE THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND SAID I NEED TO TAKE THE COLD PIZZA AND IM NOT EVEN GETTING MY DELIVERY FEE AS THEY DIDNT DELIVER... ALL THE EPLOYEES ARE TOO WAY ARROGANT AND RUDE. I WANNA KNOW IS THIS HOW DEBONAIRS PIZZA TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS????? I NEED MY DELIVERY FEE BACK
