Very angry customer

On the 1st of February i went personally to Debonairs pizza at Westgate Mall, Roodepoort and ordered 4 real deal pizzas and added extra cheese on each pizza for R9 each. When my order came the pizzas were so dry and did not look like they had extra cheese on. I could not go back and complain cause the shop was closing when i left with my order. This was the second time that i bought pizza from Debonairs Westgate and it was too dry. Im very disappointed with the handling of this complain by the store as i am still waiting for the store manager to contact me even now. I have sent proof of the extra dry pizza and my till slip to their complaints center. Debonairs has lost a customer ...this is totally unacceptable
