verulem disgusting cold pizza

i ordered 2 pizzas on saturday the 1st of August -after a hour of no delivery we contacted the store and did a follow up , the lady said oh my and then said a driver will be sent shortly -remember now a cold forgotten pizza is on their counter on a winter day -driver came 15 minutes later less than 500 meters away and delivered a cold pizza -driver was aware that the dot was black ,and i have photos of the cold pizza --with a off smell , i contacted the call center several times and was promised that the verulem manager will call me but this did not happen , i then contacted customer care as i wanted to give them an opportunity to rectify this before i go to social media -alas i received a ref number on Monday and as off now no call back or apology -we have cornubia romans --mall cafe in verulem to choose - i however thought by choosing a franchise it will be better but the processed cheese and cold pizza and a funny smell , to top it off i mentioned that we dont have power . i will never buy from deboonliers again
