verulem debonairs fly toppings

hi I have used a discreet complaint to be sent to this branch ,from the 23 rd. of January and did follow up, no response yet ,hence now choosing the public website ,which I wanted to avoid if possible ,but for lack of response I chose this route . I purchased a large chicken pizza ,and there was a roasted fly on the pizza, I was disgusted as we ate almost the whole pizza before noticing it on one of the slices ,what if my child did eat this. As I mentioned I tried doing a discreet complaint but the lack of response because of this discretion means the supplier does not regard this seriously .I only wanted a apology , not free pizza , as these things can happen but can be avoided if there is a fly zapper in the back room ,or the oven door not left open ,or if cleaned regularly , worst case scenario the store kitchen is not kept hygienic, example toppings uncovered ,or pizza base ,which seems most likely as a fly wont go into a hot oven .
