VERULAM Debonairs NAH!

Once again I'm disappointed in VERULAM Debonairs. I believe In supporting LOCAL as I am a resident of Verulam but when they continuously disappoint me with their terrible customer service and terrible quality of meals, then how do I still support local ? being an avid and loyal customer , on Friday 23rd October 2020, I ordered online for two large margherita pizza and I paid extra for toppings. My toppings on the first base being mushroom was found but on my second base I could not even spot a trace of the FETA. Mind it being that i had to wait for my order to be made. When i called Debonairs to enquire about why my order DID NOT have Feta on it, they rudely and confused told me that they did put the feta but it melted. Im sorry but I always choose extra FETA and iv NEVER had my feta melt in under 5mins. Im also so disappointed that the base was still raw . its sad that in these times were everyone is struggling financially we still support your store because we know everyone has to maintain a livelihood but when we receive poor treatment and products then its a call for concern and we start to look to other outlets.
