Vegetarian served chicken pops instead of Potato tots

I recently purchased from V&A waterfront, i ordered pizza as well as the new potato tots they have. Only for it to take forever and we noticed that there was a problem with the tots. They then proceeded to give me the chicken bites instead of potato tots, I am a vegetarian! The manager and staff memebers were extremely unhelpful and didn’t even apologise!
