Vagrant disregard for someone's religious belief

I placed my order being a large sweet and sour chicken and a chicken and mushroom . The manager Ashraf after waiting the designated time handed me my order. On reaching home and started eating, to my disgust there seemed to be some sort of salami/macon slices under the cheese. Being a Hindu this goes against my religion .I called the store and was told by a Violet that the manger was not in , I advised her of my query/concern and left my contact details. I duly called the customer care line and spoke to a Lerato who advised me that she would escalate it to Head Office level as per my request.I received a sms with the relative ref. no. Ashraf called and i advised him of what had happened and to my amazement he said that the store was busy hence the wrong order was given. I explained to him that I was a Hindu and it is forbidden to eat beef. i asked him a question if the situation was reversed and he was given pork would he be comfortable. The owner called me with nearly the same sentiment, and even requested that I pay R40 per pizza to cover the cost of the pizza he was going to give me. I called head office yesterday and gave the ref. no and still not a call from them.
