Utterly Shocked by Service

<p>I ordered pizza for my wife via the online portal and paid for it. I received confirmation that the order had been accepted by the Zone branch at 13:14hrs. Trusting Debonairs as I have ordered online before, I carried on with what I was doing. At 13:55 I got a call from my wife that the pizza was yet to be delivered. I called The Zone using the number on the invoice ********** and I was answered by the answering machine and made to hold for some minutes. I tried several times after that until 14:20 with no joy. It is 14:35hrs and the pizza was never delivered and nobody has said anything. After telling my wife that lunch was on me, I have to thank you, so so much Debonairs, for humiliating me this way. The fault is mine. I trusted you. Thanks for making me wise. May you please refund my credit card with the R114.90 I paid. I will in turn delete the app on my phone and you will never hear from me again.</p>
