UTTERLY POOR SERVICE

I am UTTERLY disgusted in the service, or should I say LACK of service received from your George(York Street) Branch, Saturday evening, 3June. I called, placed an order for delivery at about 9pm,knowing full well your branch closes at 10pm,so there woukd be enough time to deliver the pizza. Just before 10pm, I called, no answer, and no pizza was delivered. No call to say, they couldnt deliver or wont be able etc. NOTHING. As a REGULAR customer, with my details on the system, having access to see how regularly I order from the branch, I feel this is really the worst service I have ever received. I have the recording where I placed the order Sat night. This is really appauling service.
