Utterly disgusted. Pizza hair

Hi there I bought a pizza from debonairs in athlone cnr of klipfontein rd and 4th ave I contacted them as i was disgusted to find a hair deliberately placed in my pizza and i kept the hair because i demanded to know who did this. They responded to me on the 10th to say that my complaint has been logged and i emailed them again thereafter but no response. I am utterly disgusted not only by what i found but also by their lack of care
