Utterly disgusted at the service I received

On my way back from campus I placed a delivery order for a pizza,telephonically. The cashier,Sothoane Mpho received my order and concluded that the delivery would be made in 45min to 1hour, as expected. An hour and 15 minutes passed without the pizza being delivered to my premises. I called back to inquire and the same cashier's response was that the delivery guy,Mobert, had been given my order 10 minutes prior my 2nd call. Upon his arrival, 2hours following my initial call to the branch,I jokingly tell Mobert that I was not impressed with tonight's service as I was starving. With a stank attitude,he tells me that it isn't his fault and that if ever I want to launch a complaint I should call the franchise - as he \does not own Debonairs".
