Utterly disgusted at my order and service!!

Good morning, I would like to report an incident that happened last night. I drove to Debonairs Banbury crossing, placed an order for 2 large pizzas and a small one, please see attached receipt. The order was placed for 19h00, my frustration is that i only got my order at 19h34, please see screenshot displaying the time i took a photo of the receipt! i asked for the manager who wasn't even wearing his name tag, and furthermore was so uninterested in what i was saying! i was asking him how can it take a whole 34 mins to prepare such a simple meal! While i was asking him what his name was, he then went to another customer during my conversation with him! he was completely dismissive and was speaking under his breath and clearly didn’t want to hear me out. He finally gave me his name (Kholofelo Makola). i am disgusted at the kind of service i received at this branch, i could have prepare a spaghetti and mince meal at home quite frankly! When i got home, the Pizza's looked like they were leftovers form the previous day! they were cold, with no cheese and it looked like a slap dash preparation! is this the kind of quality you are serving to your customers because it is completely unacceptable! My R204 was wasted. I should have rather gone to Romans Pizza! please refer to the photos i took of all 3 pizzas!
