Utterly disappointed customer.

I placed an order from Debonairs Pizza Atteridgeville at 19:30pm and it was only delivered at 22:00 yet i stay 2kms away from the shop. I called the store to try and make arrangements to collect but they kept on giving me excuses, no one called me to update me on what was going on, i had to constantly call them to check up on my order. It is not the first time having this experience with them and reporting the matter to their customer care does not help.
