Utter ******* Service

This is the second time i post and this now follows an sms saying its been resolved??? HOW in the entire **** when i dont have my money back?????

On the 11th of March 2019, I placed an order online with the Corlett Drive store for delivery. After waiting an hour the delivery had not yet arrived, so i decided to call the store and find out where my order was and i was told, since it was raining the driver was waiting and would be bring my order soon, to which i asked why was i not informed of this??? Does the store not see that there is an order??? Well the lady apologies, and said my order was on the way. Just to mention, it was drizzling not storming, but anyway. After waiting another 45 mins, my order finally came, cold as ever??!!!! Like you make me wait almost two hours to delivery cold food??? The delivery driver didn't even wait for me to receive my order, just dropped it at reception and left, sign of guilt of cold food delivered??? Complained on the site and was told i would be refunded, it is now 2 weeks after i spoke to someone and still no resolution???? Like the entire hell. DEAL WITH IT: 597902
