Useless service deliver

I ordered at debonairs Carlton centre online and phoned in to confirm if they have received my order and I spoke to a lady and she confirmed that they have received my order and it was going to be delivered but till now haven't received anything from them, no call nothing and this is happening for the second time now. Just asking myself why they accept my order if they can't deliver it. They are loosing valued customers and money.

I suppose they should discontinue their app its useless.
