Useless service!!

We have supported Debonairs Pizza for many years but it has ended immediately!! Delivery took 87min and when the food arrived, after i phoned 4 times, it was cold and the order was incorrect. After i phoned them again the "manager" told me that they will come and fetch the wrong order and send the right order. We are still waiting for this to happen. I phoned again to speak to the owner, the manager informed me that He is not available and will phone me back first thing in the morning, I am still waiting for this to happen as well. Useless customer service to say the least!!
