Useless service!

Yesterday was my 4 year old daughters Birthday. As part of her day we said she could choose what she wanted to eat, and her choice was Pizza. We put in the order online, and paid. After about 45 Min our order arrived, and guess what, they forgot her Pizza. Her order was not delivered. Now how do you explain to a four year old that her Pizza is the only one not there. I phoned and it was said that it is on their way. After 30 mins of waiting I phoned again. And was told it is maybe on its way. About an hour after our meals arrived her Pizza Finally arrived. When phoning again and speaking to the manager she only gave me excuses and not apologizing once. I paid full amount for my Pizzas. with my order being placed at 17:30 and my last Pizza arriving at 19:20. I really think it is pathetic!!!
