Useless Response From Debonairs Elardus Park

<p>Upon making an online order, I was pretty chuffed to receive my pizza in record time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I thanked the gentlemen who delivered my food and paid for my meal. </p> <p>I had a bite of the pizza and receive a full on perfume taste, I wondered if it was just that piece that had something weird in it.</p> <p>I proceeded to try another piece and it was exactly the same. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the shop directly and spoke to a gentlement and advised him of this, he even looked up the order and said he'd call me back. After realizing that my number had recently changed I promptly called back and updated the gentlemen with my new number, he said he'll call me back in a few minutes. (I presumed to advise me of a new pizza being sent out as I kept it for them to test it) </p> <p> </p> <p>Non the less I never heard anything from anyone. </p> <p>I'm quite upset that I paid R125 for a pizza, barely had 2 pieces and then I hear nothing back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years and I know what it is like for a client to complain, but if something tastes like perfume or cleaner or whatever the hell it was I'd expect my call back and atleast a replacement. </p> <p> </p> <p>Look forward to hearing about a solution for poor store communication. </p>
