Useless Debonairs Pan Africa Mall

<p>On Friday 18 Nov I placed a delivery order at 17.58. After numerous calls to the branch and being told different delay stories on 3 occasion and on each occasion being told that they would arrive in 15minutes time the delivery finally arrived at 20.20. That's close to 2.5 hours after the order. Also, when it finally arrived, the delivery was wrong with the wrong beverage as well as 2 items missing from the order out of a total of 5. Added to this when I indicated I shall only be paying for what was delivered and not the missing items the delivery man was very hesitant to even accept that when in fact not paying for anything at all would have been the right course of action. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a frequent customer of this branch I do mind the 2.5 hours wait a lot but what really peeves me is that every time I phoned to check up where the delivery was I was told 15 minutes only to finally wait 10 times longer than that in total.</p> <p> </p> <p>Deboniars Pan Africa is really useless and if I would not order from this branch again.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Debonairs personnel I interacted with in regards to this pathetic service were Joyce, Witness and Ludwe.</p>
