Used the app, never delivered.

<p>We used the app for the first time tonight. The branch we ordered with is Moreleta. We have been waiting for almost two hours. Their phone is occupied everytime we call and the customer service is just as useless. Monday we are demanding a refund. Will never use their services again.</p>
