Urgent query from debonairs Phoenix plaza

Debonairs customer care in Phoenix plaza is extremely unhelpful and so pathetic services i experienced I ordered from them and they sent wrong order which I waited 45 minutes and on top of that they brought wrong order because the wrong order was sent and I had to let them take it back and wait another 30 minutes they brought cold food and I called the Phoenix plaza branch and spoke to one of the cashier's which didn't seem to know her job at all I asked for the manager and the cashier's advised me that the manager went shopping this is ****ing pathetic useless services I ever received from the Phoenix plaza and my kids are Hungry and we waited so dam long customer care is so ****ing useless pathetic services they must compensate me as me and my kids are starving hungry due to the debonairs Phoenix plaza
