On the 23 May 2022 a call was logged with your regional head manager Frank regarding a complaint against your tongaat store , since then he has not provided any feedback or response regarding the complaint , he has not been answering any calls from last week to date however he has been online on his WhatsApp

the contact number given to me by your tongaat store manager for Frank is *** Your tongaat store manager Melissa is pathetically rude , arrogant and a disrespectful manager who has no customer service ethics and has no customer service manner .

I expect an urgent call ack regarding this complain or this will be posted on social media and customers can be notified at the hopeless service provided by deboniers tongaat and the regional manager .
