Upskilling on off days!

Debonairs kuilsriver. The most *********** staff including the manager who doesn't even know how to answer a call!! Placed an order at 6pm, at 8pm still no delivery. We decided to call back speaking to a man who felt he needed throw his weight around telling us we never gave the address where Jen confirmed the address and that the driver would call us with in an hour... causing my wife anxiety for their incompetence. I strongly suggest you put your staff through customer service training and your manager through emotional intelligence training... your calls are recorded so before you want to arrogant by telling us we never provided the address I suggest you go listen to our calls we made... your service is totally ****!!!! We opted to support your business so don't act like you doing us a favor!!! HIRE STAFF THAT PASSED GRADE 10 ATLEAST AND NOT GRADE 2!! illiterate is not even a word here... your job is simple listen, repeat and place an order it's not rocket science ffs! This was my last order ...
