upset beyond masures

i phoned Debonairs pizza Kensington around 20h00 (24 October 2015) to place my order i asked the cashier to swap the toppings for me on my triple Decker but she told me that they don't do that in a rude manner when i asked to speak to her manager she dropped my phone, i phoned again i asked to speak to her manager she dropped my call again, than i ******* her i changed my voice and she gave the phone to her *********** manager which she tried but took me 40 minutes to place a simple order, how upsetting is this that i spend more-than R80.00 of air time to place my order this is ridiculous, guess what you lost a customer now i will make sure that i will never buy from debonairs ever again, the owner of that store should look into his management and his front liners because they offer a terrible service ever on earth and you will loose customers.....
