Untrained,Unfriedly Staff

I went in to place an order. After being ignored for a good 5 minutes by the 2 staff and manager who was more interested in entertaining her friend outside the store I finally got some service. I was told to come back to collect in 10 - 12 minutes. I get back to the store about 20 mins later thinking I have given them enough time for my pizza to be prepared. I give the manager my slip and she goes to the warmer to collect my order. I ordered the \on the double' special and I can only see single boxes on the warmer rack which obviously means my order isn't ready. She than blatantly ignores me even though I'm waiting and goes to the back to chat with some other staff. I wait another few minutes and then enquire about my order only to be told its not gone into the oven as yet and she doesn't know how long more I will have to wait. Then another staff member comes and starts looking on the warmer for my order. About 10 mins later only is my order ready. This has not been a first time occurrence as this has happened to me as well as others before. There's even been times where they did not have chicken or cheese. The staff don't wear uniform. Its untidy alongside the counter. Not good."
