UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER - ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

We called in and ordered pizza (order number ***7) at Debonairs Southgate Mall branch at 6:51pm on the 21st of December. At 8:16pm we received a call from someone from Debonairs to say the order is going to be late and the driver hasn't left the store yet and they will notify us when the driver is on his way. Today is the 22nd of December and we are still waiting for our order. How disappointing that after waiting for so long for our order it never arrived and we had t drive out and get food because when we tried to call the number back, we received a message saying we have called outside working hours. Unprofessional and *********** staff. I will never order from Debonairs again, they have proven to be unreliable.
