Unsatisfied customer

Honestly, Debonairs Pizza Atteridgeville should just close because clearly they do not know how to treat online customer and walk ins fairly. I placed an order today for their SWEET DEAL FOR 2 at 17:27, it is now 19:46, my order has not even been delivered and I did not receive any communication whatsoever from them. I've called a number of times on their *** with no luck, called the Debonairs number *** and believe I am still not assisted. Soon as they heard I wanted to lay a formal complaint they put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I had received an SMS confirming my order, I am appalled that they do not have the decency to further communicate delays on their part. Debonairs pizza is a ****!
