Unsatisfied

I've ordered 3 hours from protea glen mall a pizza even 3 hours later I haven't received my pizza all they can tell me is they apologize with a free spring onion.. how does one wait for food this long when I could just drive there myself.. I want an explain I'm angry I'm hosting people and I even used my airtime over and over..
