Unsatisfactory service

I'm terribly disappointed at the appalling service I received from debonairs Pizza on Friday the 25th March. I ordered online on their app at 18h57.my order was received however I could not track my order, because of some technical issues on their end. I received my order 3 hours later (22:00) and my pizza was burnt and inedible. I immediately sent my complain but till this day no one has bothered getting back to me. I even have pictures of the burnt pizza.
