Unsatisfactory service

I'm super disappointed in service from this store, from the staff members which I spoke to on the day to the driver. I called in for delivery and gave my details. Normally I order from this one store and never experienced any issues. I. Get a call from the driver whom tells me where do I stay? As shocked as I am I ask do you not navigate? He says the navigator is not working, his airtime then cuts I call him back and say where I stay he says cool I know the place I'm 5min away I say ok, he tells me to come out. I go out to wait for him 10min nothing I call back he asks me for directions again till my airtime cuts, I purchase more airtime. I called the store with no luck they staff gave me the run around the supervisor was not of assistance as well on the day. This is really appalling service the guy then arrived two hours late and tells me he is outside o must come and pay i tell him no I've made a plan he then arrogantly tells me he will return with the pizza There was load shedding on the day and we slept without eating.
