Unproffessional Staff
<p>I made a online delivery order and some how they were not delivering today, A staff member called me and told me that i should have known that they dont do deliveries today its my fault that i went and ordered online, i should have known better and when i asked to speak to his superior he insisted that he is the manager however when he was done shouting at me he now said to me he's manager is suddenly around whereas initially he said he is the manager and this is not the first time i have a encounter with the very same person on the phone, Debonairs should have had a note on their app that on a particular day they wont be delivering however they still go ahead and charge you for something they know they wont be able to do </p>
