Unprofessional service, pizza not delivered

<p>My boyfriend (Koketso) and I ordered a tika pizza at around 18h45 at Dobsonville Debonairs Pizza. Dumisani, the guy who took our order over the phone assured us the pizza would be delivered. At around 19h30 we called to find out where the pizza was because we felt we were waiting for quite a while. We spoke to Dumisani again and he assured us the pizza was definitely on its way. At 20h35 we called again to find out about where the pizza was, after struggling to get our calls answered eventually a consultant (name we're not aware of) than told us that delivery time is closed and all the drivers had been dismissed. He then handed the call, after putting us on hold without notifying us, to Dumisani, who then told us that the driver had left with our order and that our pizza had been delivered. This was obviously not delivered to us as they have our cell numbers to call us when they arrive and they didn't call. They have delivered pizza to our address before therefore there couldn't have been mishaps with the location. Dumisani then handed the call to Shakes, whom I assume is the manager, who told us that he cannot help us and that we will not be getting the pizza. All his driver's are gone now. This is really unacceptable, I had waited for so long for what was supposed to be my supper and I didn't get it. Now all other food restaurants are closed and I'm left hungry. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I'm now going to bed hungry, bye</p>
