Unprofessional customer service

I have order a pizza and it comes with a short of slice an I call the store the keep me waiting for more than 2hours not resolving my problem even their call centre they kept calling and I was hungry but they have never resolved my problem telling me if I’m bringing the pizza back I don’t have to eat it but the purpose of buying it ,it was for supper but they failed me and never send their driver to come and collect it.i have to sleep with hungry stomach while I bought the food and I’m not far to their store where they can bring my food they have never even bother themselves to come and collect the one the deliver to me only to tell me if I’m complaining I have to bring it full as it was my mistake .horrible service I have ever experienced in my life from debonairs pizza at kaalfontein yarona
