unprofessional and rude rude staff

I called raisethorpe branch on friday about approx 7pm on *** to place order and was told on recording store under revamp which was not the case. I then phoned the commercial road branch and they said they dont know and transferred call to that branch. When I wanted to place order they were not helpful. Then I phoned the national call centre spoke to Ayanda about raisethorpe and she just said its customer care and not order line. I was just finding out with the store is under revamp or not. Before i could finish to log complaint she cut call. Staff that answer the phone is not professional and courteous.
