Unprofessional and disorganized store!

<p>I'm utterly annoyed and disgusted with the way the Debonairs store in Gugulethu Mall operates! The store is chaotic and disorganized! If the store is unable to manage their online orders then they must rather cancel the option to do an online order. It is now my second unhappy experience with an online order I got from debonairs ! I made an online order on the 28.07.17 at 15:49 & requested a collection for 16:30 but when I got to the store the cashier was speechless, started to wonder what excuses she will make as my order wasn't made at all. The manager came and had the guts to lie to my face and said that" if the slip says 16:30 then that is the rime that the order should start to be prepared it does not mean collection time" . I was amazed and annoyed because I told him it's not my 1st time making an online order I always make an online order and I know exactly what the procedure is.. if I request 16:30 then that means the order should be ready for pick up at that time . He kept on annoying me with apologies , I am heavily pregnant and I had to wait for my order to be only started at 16:30 and the store is full and got my order 5minutes later from the requested time my pizza was rushed too salty , Sandy / dark ashes.not what I'm used to and certainly not what I expected from debonairs. As I have mentioned above this is not the first incident and last time I had to wait for about 45minutes for the order to be redone. I mean if Debonairs can't manage their store online orders they must rather cancel the app and stop wasting our time ,data and petrol! Debonairs pizza has always been my number one pizza store but by the looks of things one would need to switch to another outlet to avoid delays and inconveniencing. </p>
