Unpleased and angry customer

I ordered 2 large pizzas yesterday at Kagiso Shopping Mall at 18:45 pm, selected the ASAP delivery option. The pizzas only arrived 20:20pm, and they were very cold, I was very disappointed as there was no electricity in my area. We called their call center twice following up on our pizzas, first urgent promised to follow up with the store and she said she will call back, but did not call us back. I was in my second phone call with another urgent following up again and their driver arrived. The driver then said to my husband reason for the delay is because they are very busy. But the company famous slogan is that when it's cold it's free. This was not the first time I had a disappointing experience with them, I had ordered the pizza before and it was not delivered and we did not even get an explanation when we called the call center. They promised to call us back upon following up with Debonairs
