Unhelpful

I ordered via the Debonairs App, and wanted to add something after the order was placed. I phoned the Debonairs I placed the order with, asking if I can add the extra thing, all they said was no. Sorry we cannot so that. How is that customer service ? Instead of trying to help or think of a solution? Really bad customer service. Debonairs Safeways Witbank Emalahleni
