Unhappy with the service of UberEATS and Debonaires Pizza

I ordered on the UberEATS app. For Debonaires pizza to deliver for me. I was waiting for the restaurant to confirm my order and it was confirmed. I then called the debonaires at carnival mall to ask what was happening and then they referred me to UberEATS. Yet when I called the people from UberEATS the number said it was no longer in use. Therefore called the store again and the person in which I spoke to hung up on me. Hence I would like to know what it is that is a problem and request a refund of my money. I am truly applaud by the manner in which they conduct themselves and the level of incompetency as well as lack of professionalism.
