Unhappy with the new call system

Very irritated with the new call system. Always ordered from your shop at N1 City and all orders were delivered. Suddenly with the new call system I had to speak with 3 different people just to take my order for delivery just to be notified that my order cannot be delivered as there isn't a branch near me even though N1 is like 5mins away from me. Very disappointed...
