Unhappy with order

I ordered a pizza online at debonnairs watergate and it was delivered on time and the guy asked that I check it's correct and I than did so but when I was dishing out the pizza to my visitors I became embarrassed it looked not appetizing as I lift it up it was falling apart,pizza was very wet,very sticky not what I expected..I than called watergate and spoke to a guy named Paul whom said he was the one who made the pizza and laid my complaint to him but as I'm talking to him he's not giving me any chance to explain but rather he wants to justify himself as to why the pizza looks like that,I than requested to speak to his manager as he is not giving me a chance to express myself and my complaint at hand he than claimed he's the manager so i now don't understand how is it possible a manager being a chef at the same time this guy is fooling around with me and saying "If you not happy bring the pizza we assess it"now my argument is how should I bring the pizza to you if I couldn't come to your store and buy it but rather requested a delivery does that not suggest to you I've got no means of coming physically to the store?..I'm not happy at with this ****** un-appetizing pizza from debonnairs Watergate..if I could I'd demand my money back from them because what they've made me looks like my own dogs food
