Unhappy paying customer

There is nothing disappointing like supporting a brand that keeps on failing you with your hard earn money, if its not me not getting my change, its me getting my pizza stuck on the box, or even more interesting inconsistency and a veeeery rude driver, I was told this would be looked into and I will get a response but till this day they are on mute. Supporting famous brands is becoming a nightmare to be can you please explain the treatment, managers are tooooo relaxed and dont take matters at hand seriously
