Unhappy customer

I ordered a pizza online I have been waiting over 2 hours now, what bothers me is I paid already and I'm about to go to work, none of their phones work, only the customer care which they can't get through to them also, I mean this is ridiculous no matter how many orders you have customer service is everything, Debonairs dobsonville I'm really disappointed at your service I want my money back please.
