Unhappy Customer

I am very unhappy with the service I received today as I ordered online to be delivered to my house but eneded up receiving a cold pizza that looks and smells horrible. I did the order at 14:26 which it came to my house at 17:47 and it looked a mess I called serval times to get assisted to why the pizza took so long to be delivered the Evaton branch failed to pick up the call and assist me with my order and when I received my pizza it's in a horrible state because they told me that they do not have enough drivers. Why are we allowed to order if you fail to deliver I am not just unhappy with Evaton mall debonairs, but with the Debonairs in general such bad customers service. Why do you not allocate enough drivers and or close the online service to a certain capacity so it doesn't overwhelm the driver making those delivery.The pizza looked like it could cause food poisoning.
