Unhappy customer

I ordered two pizzas from Montclair, on the 23rd of December 2023. I received my order via delivery on time but my pizzas were damaged. The toppings were stuck to the box and we have to s**** the toppings and cheese from the box to be able to eat the pizzas. I have contacted their customer care/support team on two occasions via live chat, first time was after I have received my order and the second time was 4 days after I have been waiting but I still haven't received a response back from them. Even through it says that they respond within one business day. I am honestly not happy at all with their service and how lightly you are taking my complaint.
