Unhappy customer

I ordered a 2 Pizza's online for delivery. After 30min i called to follow up and they told me that the pizzas are on their way. After another 30min i decided to drive to the store, the pizzas were still not picked up. No apology from the staff. I paid for delivery, had to go pick up my own order and 2 cold pizzas. This is not the first time im complaining about debonairs pizza in Bloemfontein. I logged a complaint on their website, no response
