Unhappy customer

Bought spicy chicken from Pineslope debonairs.... and they gave me chili pizza whereas I ordered spicy pizza not spicy hot pizza. When I returned the telling them me and my son cant eat that pizza because is very hot chili.... the lady by the counter was very understanding and except for the manager (Mike). No management skills there. Telling me that's what I ordered, spicy pizza and that's how it is supposed to taste, chilli. I bought spicy hoping for spicy chicken pizza not spicy hot pizza. I'm not happy with the outcome of what I bought. Now my son wont be having chicken pizza.
