Unhappy Customer

I have placed my order at 19h21 via debonairs online services ato 20h21 I called the store to ask about the order and how long it will take I was then told they waiting on a card machine and the order will be with me in an hour. At 21h00 I called again they could not see the order on the system, I then asked to speak to a manager who after 6 mins being on the line with him ended my call at 21h21 I called back again asked to speak to the manager was told he will call me back so I'm now 2 hours 30 mins later without the delivery and no manager call back. The manager had no managerial s****s what so ever didn't have the decency to come phone the 3rd time I called the store and now at 21h26 no order. Debonairs West Gate Mall Mitchells Plain gave me pathetic and the worst service ever for my first time ordering with them.
