Unhappy Client

Perfect evening I'm a regular online client to debonairs pizza belhar and was so dissapointed in the service as I ordered a online order and paid only to find out later it went through as collection.I placed the order at 8.45 and realised at 9.30 that the order was taking long I started to call and the calls wasn't going through at 9.45 the line was saying that the store is closed... I gave up at that time and told the kids our order went wrong and I'll collect in the morning.. To my surprise the store calls me at 11pm that I should collect my order... I was a little upset cos I had to drive all the way to collect my order and wake my son up to drive along .. I asked to speak to the Manger of the store and she was extremely rude and even attacked me fiscally In store and was shouting out loud Infront of other customers.. I didn't want to attack her back as I didn't want to act violent Infront of my son that was sitting in the car... I have recorded all that happened as evidence and will make sure this goes viral...I was literally shouted and imbaressed by a so called Manger at debonair belhar Robert sibuko road.. . Guys the way this Manger attacked me by the name of Yumna Ariefdien and blocked me from leaving the store after I expressed my feelings as an unhappy client.. I wanted to react to but thought of my son in the car.. All of this happenings I've recorded as evidence to show people how badly customers of colour are being treated at debonair belhar.
