Unhappy client- 3 hours waiting!!!!!

Delivery took 3 hours, no one bothered to contact me to inform me about the delay! No apologies nothing! This was Debonaires in vosloorus Chris hani crossing. I am highly disappointed and this is not the 1st time. They get orders wrong to put the cherry on top!
