Unhappy Client

Hello Peter, I wish to express my dissatisfaction and the Debonairs in Kempton Park, INV: 961592. I have placed an order around 11:00 in the morning and I stated clearly that I wish to have my order at 12:00 since l only have an hour's lunch.

I phoned them several times from 12:15 and I was told my order was out already, the order was only delivered at 13:30 and my lunch was already finished.

I did not appreciate their dishonesty because should they have told me that my order will be this late, I would have cancelled it and grabbed something quickly since my employer has strict rules about time management.

According to Debonairs reply I was supposed to be contacted by the restaurant manager , that did not happen but instead I received an sms yesterday at 16:30 stating that this case has been resolved, how so exactly? this is the treatment l always get with Debonairs at Kempton park.
